How it works!

Manager apparel: is made to order and is run weekly.  Orders placed by midnight Sunday will ship by the end of that week.  Please check your size on the size chart as it cannot be exchanged or returned.

Crew apparel: is stocked and will ship out the next business day in most cases.  Note: if you order manager apparel on the same order we will hold the crew item so they can ship together.  If you need the crew items quickly please do not combine with any other items.

Roti Merch: Embroidered items are made to order and is run weekly.  Orders placed by midnight Sunday will ship by the end of that week.  Please check your size on the size chart as it cannot be exchanged or returned.

Size:  Manager & Merch items cannot be returned or exchanged for a different size as they are custom made just for you.  Please check the size chart for each item.

Crew shirts can be exchanged as long as they have not been damaged, worn, or laundered.  Note: Because of the low cost of the crew shirts and the high cost of shipping it may make sense to keep the shirts for another team member and just re-order the size you need.

Quality:  We stand behind our products for quality and workmanship.  If you have an issue please contact us right away.  We must be notified within 7 days in order to provide an exchange or refund.
